VSAT FIELD SUPPORT ENGINEER

Requirements & Responsibilities • Field work – your availability 24 X 7 X 365 • Need to work as committed • Manage on site satellite terminal installation, repair, maintenance, audit and test tasks of VSAT / Telecom IT services. ATM Maintenance and Desk support engr. • Diagnose errors or technical problems • Determine proper solutions and rectification • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings • Build positive relationships with customers • Salary package includes Travel allowance and tool kit maintenance allowance. • ESI & Provident Fund covered. Candidate should willing to relocate to other locations.
